We have found working with individuals and organizations through different circumstances, many people who are happy during good and bad are just happy people.  Others are just unhappy.  If you pull the extremes out, happiness is a skill.  Some people are very good at coping or not demonstrating their frustrations when things get tough.

These skills can be learned when you use the right cools and practice techniques to find peace and contentment, adjusting behavior accordingly when things do get difficult.

We encourage you to ask yourself the following questions:

  • Do you and your employees have “happiness” skills?
  • What are some ways that you and your team members cope when things get difficult, stressful, or overwhelming?
  • Can you identify un”happiness” characteristics in yourself or those around you and if so, what can you do to help change the perspective?

If you need help learning or honing your “happiness” skills, give our expert guides a call at 800-786-4332 or email JSabatini@AppliedVisionWorks.com.  Your success is in plain sight.  It just takes determination and action and only takes 30 minutes to get started!
