Don has implemented game changing tools within the culture of large multinationals such as Mitsubishi, Prysmian Group and Itochu.   Private companies that are still with the founder as well as into the 4^th generation such as Barnhardt Industries, Miller Zell, Biscuitville, Denny’s, Atlanta Falcons, Houser Transport, GSM Services, Core-Mark and hundreds of others have also benefited from the wisdom of many years of a relationship with Don.  Applied Vision Works has been nominated for the Kolbe Enterprise Award and selected as a NC top 100 Private Business.

He is the fifth generation of his family to be in private business, coaching leaders and teams of businesses, institutions, non-profits, and government bodies on how to best make their mark. Don loves to read, chewing through two books a week.  He is also an Eagle Scout, model shipbuilder and world traveler who has been to all 7 continents.  Being outdoors and learning new things from every walk of life is his lifetime habit.
